If you are a truck driver, please be aware that check-in for loading or unloading must occur by 2:45 PM to ensure same-day service.

Shipping Questions
We regret to inform you that at present, we do not provide international shipping services.
However, you are more than welcome to make purchases from our inventory and handle your own international shipping arrangements. This would involve managing the import and export process, freight, and complying with all relevant regulations. While we do not offer these services directly, we are open to supporting your shipping needs within the Continental U.S.

We provide shipping services to any destination within the continental United States. The shipping cost will be determined based on the nature of the items being shipped and the destination address. We do not deliver to residential areas - in order to purchase a truckload, you will need a forklift and/or a loading dock receiving area.

We cannot promise exact inventory descriptions for every delivery. Our truckloads will either be labeled as "manifested" or "unmanifested." Unmanifested truckloads will not include a detailed product description, while manifested truckloads will include a manifest of products included.

Yes, you are indeed welcome to unpack a purchased pallet and load the items into your vehicle. However, we recommend considering the size and capacity of your vehicle before attempting to load the items. If your vehicle is not a large SUV or minivan with sufficient space, we suggest renting a U-Haul or a truck from Home Depot to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of the items.
Renting a suitable vehicle will help you avoid any potential damage to the items or your vehicle during the loading process. It will also ensure that you can transport all the items from the pallet without any inconvenience.
This depends on the pallet or truckload purchased. We have various types of products offered, including open box, online returns, and store returns. Open box products tend to be in new or like-new condition but offered at a lower price. Online returns and store returns as well as overstock or liquidation can be in new, like new, or less than ideal conditions depending on the return. We make every effort to source quality inventory, but dealing with the sheer quantity of inventory we handle, there are times we cannot guarantee the new or like-new condition of items. Because of this, our inventory conditions may range from:
- New In Original Box- Defective and/or broken and returned by the customer
- Minor Cosmetic defects such as scratches or dents. Out of its original package or box.
- Missing items such as remotes or hardware- Items used by the store as a display- Damaged or destroyed packaging
- Items removed from the shelf by the retailer- The retailer is overstocked in the specific item or it’s out of season
- The manufacturer has discontinued the items.

General Customer Service Questions
Our Mystery Boxes are designed to be exciting surprises, and as the name suggests, their contents remain a mystery until they are opened by our customers. While we understand that this element of surprise can be a gamble, we apologize for any disappointment experienced.
As per our policy, we do not accept returns for Mystery Boxes. However, to show our appreciation for their understanding, we would like to offer a special discount on their next purchase with us.
Please note that all sales are considered final. As a result, we are currently unable to process returns or issue refunds.

- Going Out of Business Store: These products may be from stores that are closing down.
While we strive to source quality inventory, the sheer quantity we handle can make it challenging to guarantee that all items are in new or like-new condition. As such, items may fall within the mentioned conditions.
Please be advised that we cannot provide exact inventory descriptions for every delivery. Our truckloads fall into two categories: "manifested" and "unmanifested."
Manifested Truckloads:
For "manifested" truckloads, you can expect a detailed product manifest included with the delivery. This manifest will provide a comprehensive list of all the products included in the shipment, enabling you to have a clear understanding of the items you will receive.
Unmanifested Truckloads:
On the other hand, "unmanifested" truckloads will not include a detailed product description. While we cannot promise exact inventory descriptions for these deliveries, rest assured that the truckload will consist of a diverse range of quality products.

The difference between a unmanifested pallet or truckload simply means that there's no list of items on what you're purchasing. Manifested inventory usually comes at a premium, but you know exactly what you're receiving via a Google sheet or excel file.
